Work placements are a great opportunity for those who have little to no work experience to gain practical work experience as well as a great way for them to practice and refine their soft skills known as employability skills.
Work placements are an integral and mandatory part of our traineeship programme and our learners are provided with the opportunity to gain work experience within various industry sectors.
